Is it safe to shop on the internet?
SignedSports.Com believes that purchasing items on our site is absolutely safe. We use the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep visitors personal information safe. All ordering information including the visitors name and credit card details is encrypted using SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") for maximum security. Visitors credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels through the internet.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming your order details.

How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards. You can use Mastercard, Visa Credit Card and Visa Debit Card, Swich and Solo cards. Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. See Security Section for more information.

When will my order be delivered?
Most goods are delivered within 2 working days of the order being placed . Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm by Royal Mail (Recorded or Special Delivery) and will require a signature when delivery is made.

How should I look after my autographs?
Store them in suitable folders and files using non-acidic material. Ensure the environment in which you store your autographs is dry and cool. Ensure the autographs are kept away from direct sunlight as this will fade the ink. If autographs are framed, use acid free material. U. V. glass can be used to give additional protection from sunlight.
